Dr. William Kramer
Dr. William Kramer is a Wildlife Biologist who has centered his career in assessing the environmental impact and the conservation of endangered species. He currently lectures at the International Space University. He pursued his doctoral research at the University of Hawaii, where he published his work on the intellectual property rights issues regarding the discovery of extraterrestrial life on a microbial scale and its bioethical opportunities in 2012. His expertise ranges from space policy to astrobiology and futures research. He also served as Senior Biologist for the US Navy Pacific Fleet and HDR, Inc. as an Extraterrestrial Environmental Analyst. For 18 years, he served as Chief of the Branch of Endangered Species Consultation and Recovery at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
